Tuesday Slice of Life

I have been taking in the autumn air and reading poetry the past week. Gearing up for October Slice of Life I start us off by sharing an excerpt from “Merry Autumn,” by Paul Laurence Dunbar.

In these merry days of autumn we remember and celebrate the life of fellow Slicer and Stenhouse author, Diane Dougherty. May we forever look upon the stories she lived and shared.

  1. First, I was sad to hear of the loss of a fellow slicer. Her voice will be missed
I wrote a post of gratefulness….even if it was a stressful day

  2. Hi Friends, dedicated March Slicer here but haven’t found time or capacity for a weekly slice. However, I just hit a milestone and am officially old, so felt inspired enough to write about it.

Hope the year is going well for you all, keep writing! 🙂
