It’s a difficult time of year, even under “normal” circumstances. How are you at saying “NO” to things you can’t afford to give your time or attention? Setting boundaries is an important act of self-care. Now is a good time to start practicing the art of saying “no” when you need to.
But hopefully, you’ll say “YES” to the Tuesday Slice of Life Story Challenge! Connecting with others is also an important way to take care of yourself!
