Wow – loved the idea of compliment posters. I also heard little bells go off in my head when you wrote about that overwhelming feeling of “the blank page” It is so easy to get caught up in teacher mode, that I forget about what it feels like to be a writer. Good reminder!
Getting out of the writing habit makes it hard to jump back in, but helps me to understand challenges for students!
