WN Entry: The place where I write

I write daily at my desk. Even though my computer can be transported anywhere, I prefer to sit in my study and write in my desk and my chair. However, when I use a writer’s notebook, I MUST be sitting in something other than my desk chair. I just cannot seem to curl-up with my Miquelruis Notebook while sitting at my desk chair. Nope, I need to be comfy… Miquelruis Notebook and a rollerball pen.

On the other hand, after living in NYC for 7.5 years, I’ve learned that I can write virtually anywhere (though I prefer my couch)! Subway stations, park benches, the city bus… anywhere! People inspire me the most, therefore, I often enjoy writing in public places. I try to take my notebook wherever possible so that way I can have it with me to capture the bizarre, the unusual, and the special moments I do not want to miss.
