Participant Information Form #sol18

The 11th Annual Slice of Life Story Challenge begins on Thursday, March 1st!

If you’re still on the fence about participating, please read one — or both — of these pieces I’ve recently written (before you fill out the form below) about being a teacher who writes:

If you’re not 100% convinced to take the Slice of Life Story Challenge, then take a look at the incredible prizes you could win if you fully participate in our month-long writing challenge.

If you’re ready to commit to being a part of our month-long writing challenge, then please fill out the following form even if you filled it out last year. (We retire our database every year.) It will help the co-author team keep track of who is participating in the Slice of Life Story Challenge. Further, it helps us contact you if you’ve won a mid-month prize or if there’s a problem with one of the links you leave.

This year, you’ll notice we’re not asking for your address on this form. We will ask for your mailing address when you sign the participation pledge — which will be on a separate Google Form — on April 1st.

Thank you!
