Blogger Challenge
I’ve started a BLOGGER CHALLENGE over at DonorsChoose.org in order to get some funding for writing into other teachers’ classrooms.
As you know, our motto is “Write: It’s Good For You!” Therefore, we hope you will consider funding these proposals that OTHER teachers (not us) in high-need/high-poverty schools have submitted on DonorsChoose.

I am a literacy consultant who has spent the past dozen years working with teachers to improve the teaching of writing in their classrooms. While I work with teachers and students in grades K-6, I'm a former fourth and fifth-grade teacher so I have a passion for working with upper elementary students.
