Join us every Tuesday for our weekly Slice of Life Story Challenge!

Share your link in the comments section of this post.
Give comments to at least three other participants’ stories.
It’s April. Not only does April bring showers to the flowers of May, but it also wraps us in poetry. Many teachers choose April to celebrate poetry in honor of National Poetry Month. Authors, writers, and poets everywhere use it as a time to spotlight poetry.
If you were a participant in our March SOLSC of 2022, you might have come across one of the thirty-one poems shared by Kevin Hodgson, an original slicer for fifteen years who writes at his blog, Kevin’s Meandering Mind. To see some of his poetry slices, visit this link, where he’s rounded up the whole month. It might inspire you to share a poetry slice on a Tuesday sometime in April.
Classroom Slice of Life!
Slicers, look at the classrooms and student bloggers on the linked Padlet below. Share some comment love, and consider joining in with your students. For more information on how to join, click here.
