TWT’s Chief of Operations and Lead Writer, Stacey Shubitz, has collaborated with Alison Collins, Sarah Gross, and Julie Jee to create a letter that parents and caregivers can send to their school district to express concerns about safely reopening due to Covid-19. It is a template that can be personalized and sent to principals and district administration. You can find the letter here. Please make a copy of it in order to personalize it.
We know this is a summer filled with many emotions including anxiety about what the new school year will bring. Writing can be a powerful way to process your feelings and share with others who understand. We look forward to reading your Slice of Life today!

Sometimes a body just gets tired and fed up! It is important in those moments to take pen to paper and express your grievances. May this prove as humorous to you as it was cathartic for me.
