Welcome to the eleventh day of the 11th Annual Slice of Life Story Challenge!
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Yesterday evening, Stacey posted a reminder alerting slicers to the upcoming time change in the Eastern Time Zone. If you missed this information you can take a quick peek here.
Here are two links that may help you if you are someone who lives in a time zone other than the Eastern Time Zone.
Each of these tools should assist you if you are having difficulty determining your personal 24 Hour Slicing Window based on your location. As Stacey said in yesterday’s post, there will only be 23 hours to slice today, for all slicers, because of Daylight Saving Time.
COMMENTING CHALLENGE REMINDER
Also, remember our first mid-month challenge is underway and was announced yesterday. If you participate, remember to return to Lanny’s post to fill out the Google Form. This must be done by 11:59 EDT on Monday, 3/12.
BE INSPIRED
Jennifer Serravallo offers inspiration to slicers today with a few words she selected from, The Writing Strategies Book.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Stacey streamlined the essential information this year into a slideshow for easy access to frequently asked questions and information. If you need to refer back to any of the basic information about the challenge, click here to view a brief slideshow.
Need to contact a co-author with a question? Please email us rather than leaving your question within your comment (below). Thank you, in advance, for your patience. We receive a high volume of emails at different points within the challenge window.
- If your last name begins with the letters A – I, please email questions to Betsy, betsymhubbard{at}gmail.com
- If your last name begins with the letters J – R, please email questions to Melanie, meehanmelanie{at}gmail.com.
- If your last name begins with the letters S – Z, please email questions to Stacey, stacey{at}staceyshubitz.com.
Please note: We’re unable to respond to challenge-related questions via Facebook and Twitter.
I have had donuts on my mind all afternoon.
