It’s Tuesday, and you know what that means… Slice of Life Story Challenge! Please leave the permalink to your slice in the comments section below, and be sure to visit at least three other blogs and leave a comment.
For those of you who will be at NCTE next week, one of our own slicers, Margaret Simon, will be awarded with the NCTE Donald Graves Writing Award at the Elementary Section Get-Together this Thursday, November 20 at 4:30 p.m.
Join us to cheer her on! There will be at least one, if not two tables full of slicers like you! Margaret spoke beautifully about the SOLSC helping her grow as a teacher-writer in her beautiful essay that was used in the selection process for the award.
Margaret, you are an inspiration! Congratulations!
