GIVE comments to at least three other SOLSC bloggers.
I’ve had some trouble leaving comments for people from my iPad and iPhone. I thought it was just some kind of Stacey-only tech problem. Or perhaps the comments were being held for moderation and I just didn’t receive the message.
Beth e-mailed the entire TWT team yesterday asking if the rest of us were having issues leaving comments from an iPad or iPhone. Whenever she tried to leave a comment from either of her devices, the comment often disappears instead of posting.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, Beth and I have both had difficulties when we’ve deleted anything in the comment space (and try to continue typing). This is especially tricky when we try to comment on Blogger blogs from our iPads or iPhones since we have to start all over again.
Is anyone else having difficulties like this? If you have a fix for the problem, please send us an email and let us know so we can communicate that to others.
THANKS!

BE INSPIRED:
Inspiration begets inspiration. And that’s what happened when I saw, “10 Things Right Now,” a post by Mandy Robek (@mandyrobek) a few months ago. Mandy created a list that was inspired by a post she saw on Ali Edwards’ blog. In turn, I created a “10 Things Right Now” list too.
If you’re looking for something to write about today or any day, consider using Mandy’s list as a mentor to create one of your own.

I don’t know that all these ideas would qualify as slices, but I think some of these seed ideas could germinate and grow into slices.

March Love http://wp.me/p3Gehh-cZ
Made it through week one as a first time participant in both this and the classroom challenge. I decided to reflect on week one with my students using the “Ten Things Right Now” structure.

It’s Saturday. I’d like to go for a run, but it’s snowing again!

I tend to forward posts to my laptop to do comments…. only successful using some commenting styles on my devices.
Today I wrote a poetical slice “Rites of Passage”

I love Saturdays. Today I’m on the early side of the links!
Sacred Time

I’ve been googling an answer to the iphone/ipad commenting problem. It seems like it is a blogger/apple issue. Tried several setting changes, etc. Nothing works. Guess I’ll just have to wait and comment when I have my computer!

Does anyone else to slow down time? I am looking for tips…
http://firecrackersummer.wordpress.com/2014/03/08/making-time-slow-down-is-it-possible/
I have stopped commenting from my iPad because I lose my comments. When I have to, I copy them before I revise or delete anything so that if they do disappear, I don’t have to start over–I just use the paste function.
I’ve been thinking a lot about voice and how it lives in writing and the CCSS.

I have had similar issues when leaving a comment on my iPhone/iPad…I usually wait to read and comment when I have my laptop. It can be so frustrating especially when I have written a really thoughtful response and it’s gone! I know I won’t say it just quite the same as I did the first time!
So, today I celebrate Saturdays!
http://literacyzone.blogspot.com/2014/03/solsc-saturday-831.html
I’ve had this ipad/iphone problem for over a year. It’s very frustrating! Now I wait until I can be on my laptop to comment.

I have had the same problem posting comments. I am a WordPress blogger, and have no problem leaving comments on other WordPress blogs with any device. Blogspot blogs are the ones giving me grief. And they have for years, by the way. 🙂
