For Slicers attending the NCTE Annual Convention in Boston: Tara and I will be attending NCTE. (Hopefully Anna, Beth, Betsy, and Dana will be there next year!) If you’ll be there, I hope you’ll join us for a Slicer Breakfast on Saturday, November 23rd at 8:00 a.m. Location TBA. Hope to see you in November!

  1. Maybe, just maybe I might get to go to NCTE! The district is sending 4 coaches! I applied but it’s a lottery so I am not sure if I’ll get to join-fingers are crossed!! Will know in a few days for sure!

  2. Thanks to everyone who said they like the new look. We just finalized the new blog header last night.
We spent a lot of time, as a team, trying to write the perfect tag line! (Luckily, it took us a lot less time to come to a consensus on the blog header.)
    So glad you’re all here!
