Here’s a little slice from my life:
Stacey and I have completed all 180 reflections for our book! All that is left is the introduction, closing thoughts, and compiling the appendix. We’ll discuss our final reflections on Wednesday and complete the revisions. (Plus I have to write the opening to the Assessment chapter.)
I know there is still a solid amount of work to complete, but right now I’m relishing in the fact that the bulk of the book is written. I’m thankful to have traveled this road with Stacey and that right now, near the end of the journey, our friendship is not only still in tact, but stronger than ever.

Yay for perseverance! Can’t wait to read all 180 (but maybe not in one day).

Big congratulations to you both! I’m sure it’s been an amazing (and exhausting) journey!

Congratulations! My sister had to unlearn her caffeine habits after she finished her book (after a long slog one summer) and I’ve similar tales from other authors.
I know when I finished editing my father’s memoirs, I had a small celebration. What are you two going to do for yours?

Well-put my dear friend.
Though I am a bit grayer and weigh a few more pounds than when we started!
