One of the initial writer’s notebook entries I ask that we create in the BWWT (I’m so sick of typing: Beginning Writing Workshop Training) is to think about our past writing experiences. Yesterday, here’s what flowed out of my pen. Please understand this was a quick writing time and in it’s raw form: I think I have much more to say about this.
I believe that when I don’t have enough time to write, then I’m not REALLY living. After spending years developing the mindset of a writer, I find that my life is so much . . . well, sweeter. And it makes me sad when people think they don’t have time to write.
