I have been taking in the autumn air and reading poetry the past week. Gearing up for October Slice of Life I start us off by sharing an excerpt from “Merry Autumn,” by Paul Laurence Dunbar.

Hi Friends, dedicated March Slicer here but haven’t found time or capacity for a weekly slice. However, I just hit a milestone and am officially old, so felt inspired enough to write about it.
