CLASSROOM SLICE OF LIFE STORY CHALLENGE: DAY 30 OF 31
It’s the penultimate day of the Classroom Slice of Life Story Challenge! What a month it has been!
How did it go? What worked? What was difficult?
We would love your thoughts, feelings, and reflections when you leave your final link tomorrow. Perhaps you’d like to reflect on your students’ growth. Perhaps you’d like to reflect on the logistics of the challenge. Perhaps you’d like to share some of your students’ thoughts on the experience. We welcome it all.
Here are just a few of last year’s final posts/reflections (click to enlarge if needed):
What a wonderful community we have!
Happy Slicing!

We’ve been on Spring Break this last week, but there have been a few dedicated slices in our small group. An honor to be quoted up there, and hoping for an even bigger turn out (and an earlier organizational effort from yours truly) for next year! Here’s what’s on the menu for today:

Fifth grade slicers in Maine… We would like to find another classroom or two to be slicer pals with. Maybe doing the Tuesday challenge and checking in once a week. My students have enjoyed having an audience for their work! Is anyone interested?

My 5th graders would be interested! I actually have two groups of students (48 in all) but we would love a Maine-Michigan connection! My school e-mail is barogers@clarkston.k12.mi.us – message me!
