  1. Well, shoot! I am doing poetry right now. We are writing our pieces and tomorrow an invitation is going home for parents and administrators to come to our poetry reading at the end of March.

    In addition to this students are putting their original poems into an actually poetry book~they decorate the hardback book and then put their poems in it and illustrate. I have students from years past come back and tell me they still have it.
