I feel like I’ve been missing in action this week. Interesting, that I feel the need to explain myself to the blog world. Here it goes:
Where I’ve Been
I’ve been fighting the throngs of people in retail stores
I’ve been wrapped in my art, creating gifts for those I love
I’ve been trapped in a book
I’ve been writing and writing and writing
I’ve been digesting new ideas about adolescent literacy
I’ve been playing tractors and farm and puzzles
I’ve been warmed by converstation with some of my best friends
I’ve been celebrating my husband’s 30th birthday
I’ve been stuck to gift wrap and ribbon and packages
I’ve been soaking up the moments of my favorite holiday season.
