What a way to end.
Of my fifty-five students, forty sliced everyday, and the other fifteen have twenty-five or more. I did a random drawing from the everyday slicers and gave a prize to a boy and girl from each of my three sections. The others received a certificate.
I too look forward to the next challenge. It seems so lonely in the blogosphere without people stopping by daily.

I have loved reading along as a lurker! I didn’t participate, but was very inspired. Thanks!

I love that your kids were slicing, too. Only one of my students was able to sustain the effort … and I don’t even think that die-hard will be following me as I try to write a poem a day for April!
