Preview Our NCTE Presentation

Ruth and I are getting ready for our presentation in San Antonio, which is just a couple of months away. We joined the NCTE 2008 Conference NING, where we’re posting an abridged version of our presentation, which we’ll give on November 22nd.

  1. Love it! The Avi quote really spoke to me. Then I’ve never thought about writing about special moments with my students and giving it to them the next day. What a great idea! I am wondering how to put in a note that giving everyone around you a “wet willie” (this is when you stick your finger in your mouth and then stick it in someone’s ear [gross]) was not the best way to encourage peace and harmony in the class!
