I’m not sure how to invite all of my new “friends” from the Slice project, but I run an ongoing feature called Day in a Sentence, and I invite you all to participate.
(See archives of what we have done: http://dogtrax.edublogs.org/category/day-in-sentence/)
It works like this:
You think about your week or a day in your week
You boil it down into a single sentence
You share.
This week, a friend from Australia is hosting (we try to move the feature around from blog to blog). She is hoping folks will use VoiceThread but you can always just use the comment section of the blog post.
So, I warmly invite any readers here to join us:

Thanks for extending my connections even further.

I wish there were some way to comment on Cydnie’s blog, but there is no comment feature on her blog, right?

Is it a blog?
Anyway, I enjoyed her stories but could not let her know.
So I am doing it here.

Hi Stacey. I work with Ruth and teach 5th grade. We are going to be doing some persuasive writing and Ruth thought you might be a good one to get some resources for teaching this unit. Could you email me at dcoverstone@wawasee.k12.in.us so we can be in touch and I can maybe pick your brain a little? Thanks and know that I truly enjoy reading your blog. I use several of your ideas!
