50 Life Lessons

Regina Brett, a columnist for the Cleveland Plain Dealer, wrote a column in 2006 that included 50 life lessons she’s learned in honor of her 50th birthday.  It’s being forwarded around, via e-mail, this week.  My aunt sent it to my mom who just sent it to me.  And now… I’m passing the link (http://www.cleveland.com/brett/blog/index.ssf/2006/05/regina_bretts_45_life_lessons.html) to her life lessons on to you.  There are lots of nuggets of wisdom in here for writers, teachers, and everyone in-between.

  1. This year I will be 50. I loved the article! Thanks for sharing. Since my mother died at the age of 34 I’m celebrating for both of us! My theme song for the year is, “When I Grow Up I Wanta Be An Old Woman”.
