    I’m still really enjoying reading everyone’s slice. I don’t comment on them all, but that doesn’t mean I’m not enjoying them. Sharing the slices makes the world seem so much smaller!

    I just used the slice of life story to open up the nonfiction portion of my creative writing class and now I’m really seeing a difference in the types of stories my writers are choosing for their second assignment. There’s not such a rush to gravitate to those big, cliched moments….
