DAILY SOMETHING WRITTEN AS A NON-NARRATIVE ENTRY:

I notice that I have a lot of hair products in my bathroom cabinet. There are gels, a can of mousse, pomades, cremes, serums, and more. I have products for keeping my hair curly on the right and many more tubes on the left, which are meant to straighten my hair. This makes me think that I am longing for something (straight hair) that I do not have. Why is it that we always want what we don’t have? I wonder why I cannot embrace my curly hair and just stock the entire shelf with curly hair products? Hmmmm…
