Write. Share. Give.

Welcome to the sixth day of the 11th Annual Slice of Life Story Challenge!

If you’re participating in the individual Slice of Life Story Challenge, this is where you share your writing and to look for at least three other people to give comments.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • If you use Blogger for your SOLSC Blog, then please listen to this short announcement.
    • Screen Shot 2018-01-14 at 7.22.48 PM
  • Do you need some Slicer swag? Visit our Cafepress store where you can purchase t-shirts, coffee mugs, water bottles, keychains, and more. All proceeds from our Cafepress store are donated to the Pajama Program.

BE INSPIRED

Just before 2017 came to a close, poet Kerri Russell Agodon posted a thread on Ideas To Get More Writing Done in 2018 on Twitter. Now that the first few days of the SOLSC are behind us, you should be settling into a writing rhythm. If everything isn’t gelling yet, then take a look at her expert tips, which you can view by clicking on the image below.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

I’ve streamlined the essential information this year into a slideshow so the daily calls for slice of life stories aren’t cluttered with text. If you need to refer back to any of the basic information about the challenge, click here to view a brief slideshow.

Need to contact a co-author with a question? Please email us rather than leaving your question within your comment (below). Thank you, in advance, for your patience with us. We receive a high volume of emails during the first week of the challenge.

  • If your last name begins with the letters A – I, please email questions to Betsy, betsymhubbard{at}gmail.com
  • If your last name begins with the letters J – R, please email questions to Melanie, meehanmelanie{at}gmail.com.
  • If your last name begins with the letters S – Z, please email questions to Stacey, stacey{at}staceyshubitz.com.

Please note: We’re unable to respond to challenge-related questions via Facebook and Twitter.
