CLASSROOM SOLSC FOR STUDENTS: DAY 16 OF 31

Hello!  And welcome back to the Classroom Slice of Life Challenge!

As a classroom teacher, you may have begun to hear some of your students wondering aloud, “What should I write about?”  Well, how about a “Throwback Thursday” to help jumpstart ideas for your writers?  Last year, co-author  shared the following awesome idea for jump-starting students’ writing:

Some of my students are starting to complain they have no more ideas for writing. Others have been writing about the same thing each day and might benefit from trying out a new topic. I am planning on making a jar of inspiration with some writing prompts and ideas, folded up like little fortune cookies. How are you helping students to get fresh ideas for daily blogging?
