Share a story with our community of writers today.

Last night, I was stuck for an idea.  I dug deep.  I stared at a white screen and a blinking cursor. Eventually, I composed a poem about my daughter’s final day of preschool, which didn’t feel as poignant as I expected it would. (NOTE: She has one more year of preschool before Kindergarten.)  Therefore, I wanted to provide you with a source of inspiration today.

I pinned this quote from Ali Edwards’ website a few months ago. It’s an eloquent way of saying things like “seek beauty” and “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” If you’re stuck today, I invite you to “allow yourself to feel your life while you are in it.”  See where that takes you in your writing.
