Last Tuesday, Betsy wrote this at the top of her slice of life post:
Serve up your slice over at Two Writing Teachers with Stacey and Ruth.
Do you know how much I loved that? I liked her play on words so much that I asked her if I could use it over here sometime. She, graciously, said yes.
With that, please link up your slice of life story to this post today. As always, be sure to check out other bloggers’ writing by clicking through the links in the comment section of this post. Come back later to read through others slicers’ links please.

Little Writing Surprises
I have not been writing for a few weeks and I miss everyone – I am so happy to be back! I decided that some times we spend to much time taking in content (reading and surfing the web) and not enough time creating ( writing on our own). Tonight I took a few minutes away from other things to create.

A poetic stream of consciousness rambling rant about perception and reality. I think 8 middle grades teachers working together in one room trying to collaborate is just a little too many people. Next year, there will be less shared subjects…God willing and the creek don’t rise, as they say…
